The restful summer days were beginning to become tedious for Dubuque, Iowa native, who longed for something more substantial to occupy his time. He turned to Google for inspiration, looking up fun things to do over the break.

While on a website he came across the idea of the Tiny House movement that promotes a holistic, modern-day lifestyle in a fraction of the space of a regular-sized house.
